She has vast experience in rural development and Panchayati Raj, holding senior positions in these departments in the State and the Centre. She was earlier Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Panchayati Raj, at the Centre.

Ms Brinda Dubey has been deeply involved with social and philanthropic work for the last twenty years. She has contributed vitally in bridging the “two Indias” and generating a common ground for interaction for citizens of both the Indias.

Dr. Sanaya Nariman is a development activist and Educational Consultant, having conducted teacher training workshops all over India. She has authored the Science Spark Series, and helped set up, evaluate, and upgrade schools.
Ms Namita Gautam

A professionally qualified and experienced Human Resource Specialist with extensive knowledge and skills in Training and Development, Project Management, Media and Communication, Ms Namita Gautam is the Director-HR of Sheela Foam. A hardcore humanist, she is also the Managing Trustee of ‘Sleepwell Foundation’. She has been associated with FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) since 1991.
Ms Rita Sarin

Ms Rita Sarin has had over 30 years of development experience both at the grassroots and with donor organizations. She is at present the Country Director of The Hunger Project in India and Vice-President of the Global Hunger Project. She is leading a nationwide alliance of over 75 organisations in empowering women in Panchayati Raj Institutions.
