Ganga is a master trainer and has trained in all the ten states that THP works in. Ganga has an excellent command of training skills, participatory methodology and has a deep understanding of issues of gender, governance and women’s rights and empowerment. Over the years she has trained and interacted with rural women from across India and therefore understands their experiences, journeys and triumphs. She has been working with The Hunger Project (THP) since 2005. She has over 24 years of grassroots experience of right based work in the rural development sector, especially with women and children. She has also been a Master Trainer with the Indira Gandhi Institute for Panchayati Raj and Rural Development – the State Institute for Rural Development, Rajasthan. Ganga holds a bachelors degree in Humanities from the University of Rajasthan.
